An Inspiring Day at Our Career Fair
Un día inspirador en nuestra Feria de Empleo
Today, the school was filled with enthusiasm and energy as we hosted a career fair where our scholarship students, now in high school, had the opportunity to share their academic experiences with the 9th-graders. The aim was to support our 9th-grade students in choosing a career that suits them as part of our Vocational Guidance Program. This event not only provided valuable information about different careers but also fostered a sense of community and support among the students.
Hoy, la escuela se ha llenado de entusiasmo y energía con la celebración de una feria profesional en la que nuestros alumnos becados, que ya están en el instituto, han tenido la oportunidad de compartir sus experiencias académicas con los alumnos de 9º curso. El objetivo era ayudar a nuestros alumnos de 9º a elegir una carrera que les convenga como parte de nuestro Programa de Orientación Profesional. Este acto no sólo proporcionó información valiosa sobre distintas carreras, sino que también fomentó un sentimiento de comunidad y apoyo entre los estudiantes.
The 9th-grade students, full of curiosity and with many questions, gathered in the sports hall to listen to their scholarship peers talk about their classes, the challenges they have faced, and how they have overcome them. It was moving to see how our scholarship students, with a mix of nerves and pride, recounted their stories, sharing not only their academic achievements but also their dreams and aspirations.
This event not only served to inform younger students about different career options but also strengthened the sense of belonging and support within our school community. The scholarship students acted as mentors, offering practical advice and encouraging the 9th graders to pursue their dreams without fear.
Los alumnos de 9º, llenos de curiosidad y con muchas preguntas, se reunieron en el pabellón de deportes para escuchar a sus compañeros becados hablar de sus clases, de los retos a los que se han enfrentado y de cómo los han superado. Fue conmovedor ver cómo nuestros becarios, con una mezcla de nervios y orgullo, contaban sus historias, compartiendo no sólo sus logros académicos sino también sus sueños y aspiraciones.
Este acto no sólo sirvió para informar a los alumnos más jóvenes sobre las distintas opciones profesionales, sino que también reforzó el sentimiento de pertenencia y apoyo dentro de nuestra comunidad escolar. Los becarios actuaron como mentores, ofreciendo consejos prácticos y animando a los alumnos de 9º curso a perseguir sus sueños sin miedo.
