We are beyond excited to announce that we are celebrating our 20th Anniversary in Guatemala in July 2023. As with all milestones, turning 20 is a time for both joy and reflection.

We've achieved so much since Sophie McKee and her father Dave joined forces to create Education For The Children foundation in 2003. 

Estamos más que emocionados de anunciar que vamos a celebrar nuestro 20 aniversario en Guatemala en julio del 2023. Como todos los hitos, cumplir 20 años es un momento de alegría y reflexión.

Hemos logrado tanto desde que Sophie McKee y su padre Dave unieron fuerzas para crear la Education For The Children Foundation en el 2003.

So, over the next few months, we'll be sharing stories from the last 20 years, including a new podcast 'Voices Of Hope' which will launch this June and give you the chance to hear from the most influential voices in EFTC's history.

We'll also be giving you the lowdown on plans for the festivities. We plan to celebrate in Jocotenango on Sunday 23rd/Monday 24th July so if you've always been tempted to visit Central America and not yet taken the plunge or you've previously visited The School of Hope and would love to return, why not plan a vacation in Guatemala next year? We'll be giving you lots of tips and hints of inside secrets to make your vacation the holiday of a lifetime in the run up to the anniversary.
